RENTAL PERIOD: 3 day minimum rental. Rental pick up time is between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM Monday through Friday. Rental return time is by 3:00 PM SHARP! The renter will be charged $25 per hour for a rental returned late and 1-1/2 the daily rental rate for each day the vehicle is late. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURNS. REMEMBER – Other people may be waiting for the rental. Please contact our office if you are going to be delayed. No rental unit may be picked up or returned on Saturday or Sunday.
SUBSTITUTIONS: The ability of Stalkup's RV Rental & Leasing to provide a rental, if reserved and deposits paid, is contingent upon and subject to its return by the previous Renter(s) and to accidents and other causes beyond our control. In the event that your reserved rental becomes unavailable, Stalkup's RV Rental & Leasing reserves the right to substitute the reserved rental with one of equal or higher quality, at no extra cost to the Renter(s).
SECURITY and RENTAL DEPOSIT: $500.00 security and rental deposit required at time of reservation. Refundable within 7 business days of return providing the vehicle is clean (inside and outside), holding tanks are empty and flushed, gas and propane are full and the vehicle is not damaged or abused.
CLEANING: All rental units must be returned fully cleaned inside and outside, holding tanks dumped and flushed and in the same condition as rented or a $139.99 fee will be charged. Additional fees will be charged if excessive cleaning and flushing is required.
TOWING TRAVEL TRAILERS: Renter(s) must have a properly installed and rated receiver hitch and fully operational 7-way trailer plug prior to rental pick up. If needed, purchase of such equipment and installation can be scheduled with our service department for additional cost. No installations will be performed on rented tow vehicles. The Renter(s) are fully responsible for making sure the manufacturers towing capacity of the towing vehicle is adequate and safe for the trailer being towed.
MOTORHOMES: All motorhomes are equipped with seatbelts. All drivers and passengers riding in a motorhome must properly wear seatbelts at all times. It is the Renter(s) responsibility to ensure this LAW is complied with. No towing is allowed on all motorhome rentals.
SMALL PETS: A $10.00 a day per small pet fee will be charged if you would like to bring pets along. Prior approval must be obtained before bringing any pets.
REFUELING: Gasoline and propane tanks are released full and must be returned full. If not, the renter will be charged to fill the gasoline tank at the cost of gas at $3.50 per gallon. For propane the renter will be charged $4.00 per gallon.
RENTAL TRAINING AND USE: Complete orientation and operating instructions will be given at time of departure. All orientations are mandatory and will take approximately one hour. Please allow extra time during pick up and departure. A more convenient time may be scheduled if needed before departure.
WINTERIZING FEE: $50.00 fee required on all winter rentals. This fee is not refundable.
PAYMENT: All fees are payable by CASH, CERTIFIED BANK CHECK, TRAVELERS CHECK OR BY MAJOR CREDIT CARD (MASTERCARD, VISA or AMERICAN EXPRESS ONLY). WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Full payment is due on day of departure i.e., balance of rental fee, security and cleaning deposits, estimated mileage charge, insurance waiver, winterizing fee, etc. Fees are subject to a State Sales Tax of 5% and WYDOT surcharge of 4%. If the final payment is made on MasterCard, Visa or American Express arrangements must be made prior to day of departure.
BREAKDOWN: If a breakdown occurs and repairs are needed any repair under $100.00 may be done without prior approval. Any repair over $100.00 must have prior authorization from Stalkup's RV Rental & Leasing. Please save and submit all receipts for repairs. Refunds will not be made without a receipt.
IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT: If involved in an accident you must notify Stalkup's Rental & Leasing within 24 hours. A full written police accident report must be submitted to our management upon your return. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit plus any applicable charges, fees and/or fines. Stalkup's Rental & Leasing contact information, accident reports and instructions are included in all rental packets that you will receive at the time of rental departure.
INDENTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: Proper identification, employment verification, credit references, and a valid driver’s license must be presented when reserving a vehicle. ALL INFORMATION WILL BE VERIFIED.
ALL DRIVERS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY APPLICANT.
LEGAL: Renter(s) acknowledges responsibility as an insurer as well as bailee, and will hold Stalkup's RV Rental & Leasing and any of it's employees and/or agents harmless from any and all fines, forfeitures and penalties arising out of any violation of law. Stalkup's Rental & Leasing shall not be held liable for any and all damages, inconvenience or time lost caused by accident, breakdown or malfunctioning of the rented RV or equipment. The Renter(s) expressly agrees to indemnify and hold Stalkup's Rental & Leasing harmless of, from, and against any and all claims, loss, costs, damages, attorney fees and/or liability in connection with the enforcing of the foregoing contract by the Renter(s) including; loss of or damage to property or injury to person(s), including death, resulting through the use, operation or possession of said equipment; expenses incurred in collecting or attempting to collect delinquent rent, and in the event suit is instituted to recover possession of said equipment and/or to enforce the terms, conditions, and/or provisions hereof, Renter(s) agrees to pay all costs and reasonable attorney fees of Stalkup's RV Rental & Leasing incurred in connection therewith. Venue of any action hereunder is in the county of Natrona, state of Wyoming. The Renter(s) agrees that Stalkup's Rental & Leasing and/or any of it's agents may retake possession of said RV and/or equipment at any time and for such purpose to enter the premises of Renter(s). The Renter(s) hereby waives any right of action against Stalkup's RV Rental & Leasing by retaking or entry.
TERMS AND RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Any additional terms may be disclosed at the time the rental agreement is signed.
